All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If there is a delay in processing your order, we will inform you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

In some cases, we may offer flat shipping charges or free shipping promotions, which will be clearly shown during checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Kerala: 2–4 business days

  • Other states in India: 4–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, it may result in delivery delays or return of the package. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
